Four steps to your new bathroom
You Approve the Design
Build your shower in our 3D builder — colour, fixtures, glass, the lot. Free, about a minute, and yours to change as many times as you like.
You Approve the Price
We call and find a slot that suits you. The estimator comes with material samples, takes every measurement and checks the condition of the room, and confirms your price on the spot, in writing. The visit costs nothing and nothing is signed until you say so.
You Approve the Date
We agree the start date together once your material lands, and it goes in writing. Panel shower over an acrylic pan: 1–2 days, usable 24 hours later. Tiled wet area: 7–10 days. To the studs: 2–4 weeks.
You Approve the Room
We walk the finished room together. Get close: the edges, the corners, the grout lines. We don’t call it done — you do.

We walk the finished bathroom with you before we call it done. You look at the edges, the corners and the grout lines — and anything that isn’t right, we come back and put right.

Expert Craftsmanship
Three people build your bathroom: a licensed plumber, a tile setter who does nothing but tile, and Alex on prep and finish. The same three, start to finish. No rotating subs.
Five-Year Warranty
Every bathroom we build carries a five-year warranty, written into your contract. On some projects we extend it to a lifetime warranty — where that applies we tell you at the estimate and put the terms in writing. Either way, the people who come back are the people who built it.
